Practice Focus

Civil, Commercial and Criminal Litigation Together

Useful when criminal allegations overlap with business, commercial, financial or asset-related disputes.

A financial-crime or AMLA matter may involve bank records, company documents, asset tracing, freezing relief or a connected commercial dispute. A criminal appeal may require careful review of the trial record, grounds of decision, evidence and procedural history.

Other stated work includes civil fraud and asset recovery, commercial disputes, insolvency, debt recovery, land and property litigation and related contentious matters.

For a Negeri Sembilan or Nilai enquiry, see Criminal Lawyer Seremban, or read the integrated criminal practice hub on the NFALAW Practice Areas page.
